cryptoID.info is a micro-company incorporated in France since 2014
This website provides multiple blockchain explorers, which provide access
to public crypto-currency ledgers through www and APIs.
Nominal hosting cost for an explorer is 9.7€ per month (nine dot seven euros),
additional fees and taxes may apply to countries outside European Union.
This cost includes:
Hosting payments are only asked after a wallet daemon could synchronize,
after blockchain is found to be compatible with our explorer service,
and after displayed data has been accepted and validated by the customer.
This acceptance will also waive the refund and cancellation period.
Setup and initial testing hosting is free. During this free testing, hosting
can be cancelled or abandonned at any time for any reason.
In case of a dead blockchain, remaining hosting days are not refundabled, but can be transferred to another explorer (or explorers) hosted by cryptoID.info, at the choice of the customer.
Hosting extensions are subject to EU regulations and can be refunded for 14 days.
Information we provide is based on public blockchain and ledgers provided
by the open-source wallet, customer may only provide links (community, social media, website...).
We reserve the right to remove any link we consider problematic without warning.
When extra or specific data is desired, the open-source wallet should be able to provide
that data through its JSON RPC-API.
While we may apply source code modifications for smoother operation of node daemons, these are limited to debugging and logging for our (cryptoID.info) own purposes, we do not providing bug fixing or source code editing services.

Our (cryptoID.info) service is operated under "Best Effort" terms, we will try to maintain explorers
and node daemons as best as we can, but we make no uptime guarantees, nor full
accuracy, either because of problems inherent to the experimental nature of blockchains
(source code bugs, forks, network issues, etc.) or because of issues on our side.
While we handle redundancy and backups, we operate on low costs and with limited
personel and redundancy.
Should a blockchain source code contain malware or perform illegaly in any way, we (cryptoID.info) reserve the right to take it down at any time.
